Chelsey is a licensed Registered Dietitian, who completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Nicholls State University in 2012. She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship (2013) and Master of Science in Nutrition (2016) from Louisiana Tech University. Chelsey is also ServSafe Certified since 2012.

Chelsey began her career with Morrison at Ochsner St Anne in 2017 as the Clinical Registered Dietitian. She was then promoted in 2019 to Director of Food and Nutrition. Prior to her career with Morrison, Chelsey was the Clinical Registered Dietitian at Leonard J Chabert Hospital. Chelsey enjoys the challenges of her current position and the relationships built with patients, Ochsner hospital staff, and her team.
